- Portable, a popular street-pop artist, is gaining attention for his supportive actions towards his signee, Sexyshay.
- In a recent video, Portable is seen in his truck while interacting with Sexyshay.
- He shared that he has contacted renowned artist Tiwa Savage on her behalf.
Street-pop sensation Habeeb Olalomi Bademusi, popularly known as Portable, has won admiration from fans with a heartwarming gesture toward one of his signees, Ifeoluwa Bolanle Babatunde, who goes by Sexyshay.
In a video shared online, Portable was seen in his truck while Sexyshay stood nearby. He informed her that he had reached out to Tiwa Savage and reassured her that a response would come soon.
The recording captured Portable asking Tiwa Savage to bless his signee with a verse and help elevate her career. After Tiwa Savage shared her phone number with Sexyshay, Portable humorously advised her not to get carried away.
Later in a video montage, Sexyshay was shown overwhelmed with joy, rolling on the floor after Tiwa Savage responded to her message. She thanked the renowned singer and actress for considering her for a verse and noted that Tiwa had asked her to send her audio. She also offered prayers of gratitude to Tiwa for her support.
In a leaked chat between Portable and Tiwa Savage, the street-pop artist introduced himself with the title “God’s Power, Ika of Africa” while expressing appreciation. Tiwa, in turn, addressed him as “King” and exchanged pleasantries.
It’s worth noting that many of Portable’s former signees have left his label on contentious terms. Last year, he had a public disagreement with Young Duu regarding his contract, while another artist, Kolu, spoke in an interview about the treatment he received under Portable’s management.
