The couple tied the knot at the Lagos State marriage registry, where the bride appeared in a white gown, carrying their baby. She revealed that she had been with her man since 2011, sharing that their journey had been filled with ups and downs, including frequent quarrels.
Despite the challenges, she expressed gratitude that their love story ended in marriage.
In her words:
“After 13 years in this relationship, maybe even 14, since 2011 when I first met him, it’s now he decided to marry me. I’ve already given him two children. I really tried it wasn’t easy. After all the fights, we’re here today.”
The groom, on his part, kept his comments brief. He admitted that several factors had delayed their wedding, but chose not to go into details.
He said:
“There are things I’d rather leave for God. As the saying goes, not everything seen from the top of the palm tree can be spoken about. Let God be the judge.”
