Kit Harington on Kissing Sophie Turner in The Dreadful

A rather awkward Stark family reunion is coming to the silver screen.

After all, Kit Harington revealed what it was really like starring opposite his Game of Thrones sister Sophie Turner, now as her love interest, in the upcoming film The Dreadful.

“She was one that sent that movie to me and somehow didn’t see what I saw in it,” Kit told E! News in an exclusive interview. “I was like, ‘These guys, these are lovers, right?’ I felt very odd about that.” 

When it came to their romantic scenes in the Gothic horror film, the actor, 38, admitted that it was more than just their well-established sibling bond that made the experience “a bit weird.” 

“It was slightly embarrassing, having to get on an apple box to kiss her because she’s about a foot taller than me,” he playfully teased. “But other than that, my dignity was pretty intact.”
