CCI formally expanded its commitment to Egypt’s growing digital and global business services sector through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).
The agreement was signed during the Global Offshoring Summit 2025, held from 9 to 10 November in Cairo.
The Global Offshoring Summit brought together leaders, policymakers, and industry experts to discuss the future of Egypt’s digital economy and its position in the global outsourcing market. CCI participated in the event as part of its continued focus on strengthening its multilingual delivery capabilities and supporting new growth markets.
The MoU was signed by ITIDA CEO Ahmed Elzaher and Ricardo Langwieder, CCI’s Head of Growth and Emerging Markets. The signing was witnessed by His Excellency Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly and His Excellency Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology.
Through this partnership, CCI will work with ITIDA to support the development of Egypt’s outsourcing sector, including the expansion of high-quality multilingual customer experience services for global clients. The collaboration reflects CCI’s ongoing efforts to contribute to job creation, skills development, and the overall growth of Egypt’s technology and service-delivery ecosystem.
“This agreement strengthens CCI’s commitment to Egypt’s dynamic digital economy. We’re investing in local talent and innovation to deliver globally competitive solutions while creating meaningful opportunities that support Egypt’s continued growth as a leading outsourcing hub.”
